Jessica Freasier

Founder & Principal Consultant

Jessica Freasier is a strategic consultant and former Technical Product Manager at Apple. She led a team of up to 14 engineers delivering AI/ML data infrastructure for Apple's customer engagement systems, including chat routing intelligence, transcript processing, real-time translation, and GDPR/U13-compliant privacy programs.

At Apple, Jessica managed the technical infrastructure processing millions of customer interactions daily. She architected systems that balanced cutting-edge AI capabilities with stringent privacy requirements, shipping features that improved both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Her expertise spans the full lifecycle: from initial readiness assessment through production deployment and ongoing optimization. She's equally comfortable reviewing AI architecture, designing privacy-preserving data pipelines, and presenting to executive teams.

Before Apple, Jessica managed client delivery at several technology consulting companies, where she learned to move fast with limited resources. This combination of enterprise-scale experience and adaptability to client budget and schedule constraints makes her uniquely qualified to help mid-market companies navigate AI implementation.

Jessica holds a degree in Accounting and Financial Economics from the Australian National University, is a graduate of remote software engineering immersive program from YC-backed company, Fullstack Academy, and has undertaken executive education programs in AI strategy and data governance. She's based in Texas, splitting time between Austin and Houston, and works with clients across North America.

AI/ML experience, applied to mid-market problems

After years of building data infrastructure and AI systems at Apple-scale, I realized that mid-market companies face many of the same challenges as large enterprises but without the luxury of extensive resources. They need to ship AI features to stay competitive, but can't afford to make expensive mistakes.

As the founder of Clariflying, I decided to work on bridging this gap. My mission is to help companies deploy AI responsibly by bringing enterprise-level expertise without enterprise complexity or cost. You get the benefit of lessons learned at Apple, translated to work for your specific context and constraints.

Every engagement is about enabling your team to move forward with confidence. Whether that's through an assessment that clarifies your path, an audit that catches issues before they become problems, or ongoing fractional AI leadership that keeps you on track, my goal is your success.

Ready to move forward with confidence?

Let's discuss how I can help you navigate AI implementation and data privacy challenges.
